FoxVision (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website https://foxvision.ai, an AI-powered content creation platform offering image generation, video generation, motion control, lip sync, and music generation tools. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely in encrypted form). We also store your account activity, including your credit balance and generation history.
Payment information. When you purchase credits, payment is processed by WooPay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not store your full card numbers or banking details on our servers; these are handled directly by our payment processors. We retain records of your transactions (amount, date, credits purchased) for accounting and support.
Content you upload and generate. To use our tools, you may upload images, video, or audio files, and you provide text prompts. These inputs, and the media our tools generate for you, are stored in your account so you can access your past creations.
Technical information. We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data to operate the site, maintain security, and prevent fraud and abuse.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the FoxVision tools and your account
- Process credit purchases and maintain your credit balance
- Generate the content you request through our AI tools
- Store your generation history so you can access past creations
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with our legal obligations
How Your Content Is Processed (Third-Party AI Services)
FoxVision’s tools work by sending your inputs — the images, video, audio, and text prompts you provide — to third-party AI model providers, including Replicate (https://replicate.com) and, through them, the providers of the underlying AI models we use. This processing is necessary to generate your requested content.
When you submit a generation request, your uploaded files and prompts are transmitted to these providers for processing. We encourage you to review Replicate’s privacy policy to understand how they handle data. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent data practices of these third-party providers.
Please do not upload content containing sensitive personal information, or images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), that you would not want processed by third-party AI services.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only as needed to operate FoxVision:
- Payment processor (WooPay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay) — to process purchases
- AI service providers (Replicate and underlying model providers) — to generate your content, as described above
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — who store our website and data
- Google Analytics — to understand site usage
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or platform security
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies to operate the site. If you register or log in, we set cookies to save your login session and display preferences. Login cookies typically last two days (or two weeks if you select “Remember Me”), and preference cookies last up to one year. If you log out, login cookies are removed. We may also use cookies for security and, where applicable, analytics.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain your account information, generation history, and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed for legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (subject to records we are legally required to keep).
Your Rights
If you have an account with us, you can:
- Access and view the personal data associated with your account
- Request a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and personal data (except data we must retain for legal, accounting, or security reasons)

FoxVision is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
